to explain...Mee couldn't actually see the letters on her screen as she doesn't the correct language pack, but she was guessing by the name asura niraya that they were prolly Japanese, and I would have to agree.
however I am quite chuffed I managed to spot Chinese over Japanese :-)

anyway, few other quick posts before I get on with some comics!

Infernal affairs 2
started watching this with Mee today, we stopped after 30 mins.
why? the first movie was great, nope nothing to do with that...
however they dubbed this in both mandarin AND Cantonese at the same time!
(with Chinese subtitles)
ok this sounded a little stupid to me, but didn't effect me that bad, however for Mee who speaks both Cantonese and a little Mandarin
(Hakka is her main language- did I spell that right?)
so its like 2 people speaking over each other, and she understands both! madness.

wouldn't that be nice if you could make films all languages by overdubbing them all at once!
can you imagine that!

Swimming with sharks (AKA The Buddy Factor)
saw this with Rhys and Rob last night, good films,
however main character really wasn't that convincing at all, in fact it kind of ruined film as he had no reason to do what he did really..
anyway, Kevin spacey was great in it....
worth checking out to see him abuse the main character alone,
and you thought your boss was bad? ;-)
oh and apparntly this film was orginally going to be a comedy! (called The Buddy Factor)
